The views from the balcony were fine.
Unfortunately, the bathroom had persistent plumbing issues that were never addressed . On multiple occasions, I found myself waiting for hot water that rarely came, quite frustrating. The proximity to local bars meant that the noise level at night was disturbingly high.

Stayed at nikos villas for one night, and the staff were friendly. They even stayed open late for us to enjoy some drinks after arriving. The pool area was nice and the room was clean and spacious enough for us.

Loved the spacious triple room with a nice balcony and outdoor furniture. The full body massage at the spa was amazing! Outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. A dining table and kitchenette in the room for convenience. Just a 5 min walk to the nearest beach.

Simply nothing is too much trouble at Nikos Villas in Kavos. Enjoyable stay at a comfortable hotel in a stunning area. Unbeatable location, just a short walking distance from everything. the room was neat and brand-new with a view of the garden. the staff was very friendly throughout the stay.
